While the cute name plays on the ironic nickname of one of Thailand's infamous prisons, dining at this restaurant is not nearly the trial that the moniker implies. Specialising in seafood, the menu is bursting with prawns, steamed and fried fish, and calamari. Beyond the sea offerings, the extensive menu also includes classic Thai soups, curries and noodles. The takeaway menu is just as detailed, so all of these dishes can be enjoyed at home as well.

Authentic Thai
If you are looking for AUTHENTIC THAI food, this restaurant is the BEST in Brisbane. The ingredients are fresh, the flavours are FULL, not watered down to suit caucasian taste buds. The price is a little expensive, but as the flavours are so full, you only need a little savoury per serve of rice per bite. This is the authentic Thai way.
The best dish to compare between Thai restaurants are: 1. Tom Yum Goong 2. Green Chicken Curry 3. Prawn Chilli Basil
The Tom Yum soup here is divine. Every herb, every flavour mixed together in perfect proportions to give a truly wow experience.
The Curries are delicious, well balance in creaminess and spiciness.
The Chilli Basil... is oh so tantelising. Fresh, crispy salads and veges, wholesome king prawns... second to none.
I recomend this restaurant to any body interested in authentic Thai food, as 5 star restaurants are in Thailand.
