Despite its clever moniker, this Surry Hills cafe is not an ode to Nancy Sinatra's tune of the same name. (It very well could be, given the delight that many a Surry Hills denizen takes in listening to retro records; but it's not.) Despite this, the link with music at this eatery is far from tenuous. Owner/operator Alan Thompson, who was spinning records as a famous DJ prior to catering to local cafe-goers, has created a menu of British-style comfort flavours such as a posh fish finger sandwich, a bacon butty, and, although not typically British, a gorgeously scrumptious version of that staple of every self-respecting cafe: a wagyu burger.
