A local institution, Badde Manors is grungy and funky and very, very Glebe. Tables, booths and nooks are fitted into its eccentric shape and the decor is eclectic with a St Vinnies-meets-garage sale appeal. Badde Manors
Don't let the above review put you off! I Had the most gorgeous breakfast there. They do a fantastic twist on eggs benedict with a double cheese sauce instead of hollandaise. It is to die for! And their barista makes some of the best coffee in the city! Go there on a Saturday when you can let your food settle with a stroll around the glebe markets. The atmosphere is bohemian and just how a cafe should be. The service is busy, but helpful and polite. Great cafe.

Unpleasant experience...
Usually food is good cafe style food but there has been a recent change of menu. We ordered pumpkin risotto and it was so awful we had to send it back as we honestly could not eat it. Thankfully we didn't have to pay for the meals. Hoping this was a one off and not a reflection of the new menu, although with so many great restaurants in Glebe, won't be back anytime soon to see.
