Sitting on the lobby level of the Pullman Hotel, Bacar offers patrons a refined dining experience with plenty of elegance. The menu, created by executive chef Bill Magno, offers a melange of contemporary international flavours with truly outstanding dishes such as the marinated quail with parmesan gnocchi, baby carrots, roast parsnips and fresh peas. For dessert, a chocolate fondant with a molten centre will surely please those with a penchant for the sweeter things in life.
