Is there nothing the enterprising husband-and-wife team, Yuki and Kimitaka Azuma, can't do? Finding a distinct lack of Japanese-styled pastry delights in the Sydney market, the duo decided to open Azuma Patisserie: an ode to all things sweet, yummy and Japanese. Residing within earshot of both Azuma Kushiyaki and rampaging ramen shop Ton Ton, those after a sweet fix with a decidedly Japanese accent are invited to munch on delights such as the red bean-filled rice cake known as daifuku.
