aYummy Yummy Chinese Cuisine

With a name like this, aYummy Yummy Chinese is setting pretty high expectations for itself, but we're not hearing any complaints. The menu offers traditional Chinese classics (so you can get your Peking duck fix) and a few more unusual dishes.

Definitely will come back next time I'm in Sydney..
We were greeted with a welcoming smile as we entered the restaurant and were seated immediately. The manager was so charming and attentive. When we ordered he made great recommendations stopped us from ordering too much (we were starving) and lucky he did as we ordered plenty. We had the crab with vermicelli, crispy beef strips, their specialty tofu dish and steamed fish - Everything came out well presented, hot and tasty! Two thumbs up!

Authentic food, felt like I was in Hong Kong!
Went here recently on a trip to Sydney. Was staying in the area and felt like Chinese, I had previously looked up some restaurants and had a craving for peking duck. Once I saw the menu, I changed my mind about the duck (although it looked great!), there were so many yummy sounding dishes! We ended up ordering the chef recommendation pork hocks in plum sauce and the jade beancurd. The pork hocks were divine! Whilst I don't recommend them to everyone, as they are quite fatty and rich in taste, they were cooked to perfection. The beancurd was the silken yellow type, absolutely melt in your mouth. There were a couple of large tables of families loudly speaking in Cantonese, and it really created a wonderful atmosphere, reminded me of when I was in Hong Kong. Great night, would have loved to try the peking duck!
