Fine, fab and family friendly, Australia's Finest Burgers (FAB Burgers) has already made an impression on the locals of Hillarys, following the fine tradition of the flagship FAB Burgers store in Subiaco. Dubbed an "upmarket" gourmet burger restaurant, FAB is not your average takeout burger joint, showcasing local, fresh produce such as Butterfield beef in the handmade steak mince burgers, and the Fine Foods of Margaret River homemade relish. Also up for grabs are "build your own" (BYO) burgers, as well as chicken breast, kangaroo, lamb, barramundi and veggie burgers. Leather booths provide a comfortable place to tuck into a burger, salad, or one of the 28 Western Australian beers and wines on offer. Littlies can be kept entertained with children's activity packs, but the junior burgers should keep their taste buds enthused.

Best Burgers Ever
We dined last night at FabBurgers Hillarys and the 6 of us all agreed that they were the BEST burgers we have ever had. We all had something different - I had the Chicken, Brie & Cranberries which was divine, my father-in-law had the Brekfast one (dont know how he got through it but he did - it was huge !!) one of the kids had the Chicken Royal and she absolutely loved it! Chips were hot and fresh. Loved the write-on table cloths & although I'm sure that it was designed to keep young kids entertained we (aged from 14yrs to 84yrs old !!) all had a blast doodling & playing hangmang on it - I'm sure the staff have a giggle if they read all the table-cloths when they clear the table. The staff were great - friendly & smiley - and the service was very fast. We passed on our positive comments onto the owner or manager at the end of the night to say he should be proud of his restaurant - for both food and service. We will be telling all our mates about this place - and we will certainly be back for more.
