The peaceful, quiet atmosphere inside this place (quite befitting considering the name) may not be what draws busy city folk in, but it sure entices them to stay.
As soon as you step off noisy Hutt Street and into the oasis of calm that is this gorgeous little French patisserie, you know you want to stay longer than a quick coffee will allow. Luckily, there's never any rush whatsoever, with no-one hassling you to vacate your seat, or to hurry up and guzzle that cuppa, or stuff the last mouthful into your pie hole.
Sit, relax, stay, is the message here, and you should; if not for the fluffy omelettes or perfect crepes, then for the buttery croissants and zesty lemon tarts.
