This has to be one of my favourites in Sydney, we had the degustation menu and every one of the dishes was a work of art and extremely tasty. El maridaje genial.
The chef, Sean Connolly, experiments with different kinds of exquisite ingredients and surprises with unusual combinations.
Worth the money!

A perfect evening! Everything that you would expect from a fine-dining restaurant. Large roomy tables and chairs with still enough space between your table and the next so you were not sharing your evening with the guests beside you. The service was impeccable; we had a food waitress and drink waiter who were very knowledgeable in their fields of service. The ambience was perfect for an intimate night, with great decor and lighting. The point that was noticeable to me especially was that the staff were career professionals not just people with a job to get them through uni or something similar - they provided service with passion. And the attention to the minor details was also noticeable, nothing had to be asked for, they just knew what we needed and they popped out of nowhere at the right time to deliver. Excellent restaurant. The only downfall was that the menu on the website was not the same as the one in the restaurant on the night. But who cares?

What a fantastic restaurant. This was my first time and I was blown away. The view is second to none and the food was fantastic. My blue swimmer crab with grapes and fresh almond gazpacho was to die for. I had barramundi next with clams and capers and a beautiful lettuce broth, truly magical. I can't wait for my next visit to this gem.
