Owner and chef Warren Turnbull (formerly of Cruise) worked in Europe for three years, and he admits it is those Old World influences that drive the offerings at his latest restaurant. Expect delights such as roasted blue eye trevalla with pea mousse, iceberg beurre blanc and crumbed king crab, and a menu that is regularly refurbished in its entirety.

Fantastic :o)
My partner and I were in Sydney for 2 days and we picked this place from the Sydney Good Food Guide as it had an excellent write up.
The restaurant looks very fancy from the outside and has a sophisticated decor inside.
All night the staff were excellent. We were very looked after.
The starters and mains were delicious and very creatively done.
I particularly like that the menu frequently changes at this restaurant and that it also offers a variety of choices.
I would recommend this place to anyone who loves good food.

Classy diner
I had a really nice diner at Assiette (which by the way means plate in French). Some comments thought: - Starter and main course were fantastic - Desserts were not up to standard with the rest of the food - Service is good but sometimes a little long - Atmosphere is very classy without an additional touch of cosiness we could expect

'Out of this World'
Thanks to Warren - what an incredible talent you have! It was the most divine degustation meal we have ever had, it was out of this world. What an experience!!! Very stylish & classy surroundings and fantastic service.
