For those craving yum cha on the Sunshine Coast, this oriental nook offers weekend lunchtime banquets worthy of an empress or emperor. The canary yellow walls and red chairs attempt to bring the Far East to the streets of Mooloolaba, but it's the extensive menu - using fresh vegetables, herbs and spices picked from the restaurant's own garden - that really takes you to another place. The usual yum cha favourites are served alongside more unusual dishes, such as bula bula (hand-chopped chicken meatballs) and toron (deep-fried bananas wrapped in pastry). Prepare to be impressed - the owners offer a 'guarantee of delight' that you'll love your meal (or you'll get it for free).
