Many places claim to have "something for everybody" but few can back it up as well as Ashscotts. It comes complete with a casual atmosphere, modern menu, huge alfresco area and downright value for money. The restaurant came about when two people (Ash and Scott, funnily enough) came together with a shared passion for food and hospitality, and their dedication to what they do is evident on every plate or welcoming smile delivered to their customers.
The scallop entree with mushrooms, cream and parmesan gratin is a great way to start a meal here, and the smokey barbecue ribs are an even better way to continue. Just be sure to save room for some of the famous sticky date pudding to finish off.
