One of the Blue Mountain's finest places for dining, Ashcroft's has taken out a raft of awards and accolades from The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide and the Restaurant and Catering Association. Locally produced meat and poultry dishes, such as the twice-roasted crispy skin duck in Persian aromatics and the hearty prime eye fillet, lead the way on the tantalising contemporary menu.
The restaurant's decor is reason enough to visit Ashcroft's. On entering you are met with black-and-white portraits of iconic Sydneysiders by famed photographer Graham McCarter, and the art space above the restaurant showcases regional artworks by acclaimed local artists. I love this restaurant
This is one of the best restaurants in the mountains. Easy location. Fantastic food consistently. Good service. Very highly recommended.
