Taking over from the Platinum Riverfront Restaurant, Arnica brings the distinct flavours of Europe to the Maroochy waterfront. The newly arrived Arnica adopts a bistro-style approach to its food, allowing it to cast a wide net in developing the many flavours of the menu. Most dishes oscillate between French and Italian (the two greatest European cuisines), so you're as likely to see paparedelle mare monti as you are a fish of the day served en papillote.
