Overlooking the beautiful waters of Thomson Bay, this always summery cafe is the place to go for quality fish and chips on Rottnest Island. Before the hoo-ha over MasterChef Australia, Aristos Papandroulakis hosted Channel Seven's Surprise Chef back in the early 2000s, and now he runs Aristos Waterfront Rottnest and his original Aristos Waterfront Bunbury. Alongside the fresh local fish in the myriad fish and chip combos, Aristos also offers seafood chowder, lobster Thermidor, barramundi burger and a whole lot more.
