Ramen, Japanese noodle soup, is notoriously difficult to get right. But judging by the legions of devoted followers crowding into this place every night, Arigataya has it down-pat. The noodles are made on site and each (already generously proportioned) bowl comes with extra noodles free of charge for the super-hungry. Plenty of choice on the menu means plenty of reasons to come back.
