Since it first opened its door back in 1978, the Applecross favourite, Foo Gwai, has gone under many guises. Now with a new name and new management, it's time for a new generation of yum cha enthusiasts to discover the quality Chinese fare on offer here.
With more than 60 dishes on the yum cha menu and a further 60 offered on the a la carte, it's no wonder the majority of the food here is made from scratch in-house, also making the authenticity of the food second to none.
