Sister restaurant to the renowned Indian restaurant in North Hobart, this Annapurna incarnation is packed full of the same flair and enthusiasm. Both are spacious, stylish and have similar main menus, but each have their own unique chef's specials. Here these may include the tandoori baby octopus marinated in yogurt and spices, or possibly a quail masala simmered in an orange-flavoured sauce. And as classy an Indian restaurant as this is, they still offer the convenient takeaway classics.
