Amigos

Unlike most Mexican eateries, this restaurant's style and decor is unequivocally restrained with pale walls, standard wood seating and tiled floors. But don't let that fool you. The dishes have the bite and flavour of good old Latin American cooking. Nine-inch tortillas and traditional guacamole dips are a standard fixture on the menu while crispy nachos and enchiladas also feature on the list. And for those preferring a quiet night in, there's free local home delivery.

Waste of Time and Money
Pathetic service. Manager seemed more concerned with packing more people in than serving customer already there. Waiter gave us large meals instead of small which we asked for. Charged $3 per pinch of cheese and sour cream. Asked them to fix bill and it came back only a couple of dollars cheaper not $27 cheaper which should have been deducted for condiments because they gave them to us without asking. If you must waste your time with this place make sure you sit outside so you have some kind of entertainment cause the service is slow. A snail would give them a run for there money.

I went here for a quick dinner, and I was all alone. Horrible. I got a table nearly in the kitchen, they forgot to give me my starter, gave me my main and after my main I asked for the bill and asked her to get the starter off the bill. What a pain! Staff was arrogant and unfriendly. I'll never go here again. The food was okay..

Good time
I have been going to Amigos for a few years now. Their drink list is fantastic, the meal sizes are great (nachos with chicken is to die for) and the service is always friendly and entertaining. Nice atmosphere and never had any problems with anything... except maybe having too many margaritas.

Good Mexican food
Amigos is a the place to go if you want to enjoy some Mexican food - make sure you have lots of time as the servings are huge. The menu is extensive, a nice mixture of standards together wtih a modern twist on the classics. Service is attentive and friendly. The classic margaritas are superb.
