Epitome of sure touch
For this out of town visitor, a'Mews has provided the best eating out experience of the year. The food reflected an effortlessnes of sure touch belying the intensive work that takes place with each dish. The flavours were all about synthesis of ingredients and skilful cooking. Service energetic witout being overwhelming and our pair of 1998 wines from our cellar were handled completely professionally - the red glasses really appreciated. Talk with the staff about your interests and let them respond to you. 16 points.
