Having launched in mid-2008, Amazon Steakhouse is a relatively new addition to Newtown's eclectic dining scene, specialising in char-grilled steaks and ribs, as well as seafood and even vegetarian and vegan fare. With a gorgeous man-made waterfall in the palm tree-laden courtyard, and a warm and modern dining room mood-lit by flaming torches, the atmosphere is authentic and supremely relaxing.
For those who are more than a bit peckish, the colossal combos let you savour it all, including the chicken and ribs combo, the seafood platter, and the mega meat combo. Add a cocktail into the mix for some extra fun.
