Al Dente, meaning "to the tooth," is the way all Italians argue pasta and rice should be cooked: it should have that perfect amount of bite. This restaurant in residential Brisbane offers perfectly cooked pastas and risottos, as well as a slew of other traditional Italian meals.
On offer are culinary delights such as veal with mushrooms in a cream and white wine sauce; and a dish of spring lamb, lovingly prepared with a selection of herbs and then roasted. Desserts aren't to be missed either, with classic "pick me ups" such as tiramisu and a panna cotta infused with grappa on offer.

Excellent Service, Great Food
Wow was I surprised the first time we ate at Al Dente, the staff were super friendly and treated us as if we had been there a million times. The food doesn't take very long to reach your table and nothing is too much to ask. Best bruschetta and the lamb is to die for!! Very reasonably priced as well. I choose to visit there time and time again even though we have now moved half an hour from the area.

what a gem
This is the most stunning Italian restaurant I've experienced.. Aldente certainly tick all the boxes.. wonderful, friendly, experienced staff, creative and consistently good food and a happy, vibey, suburban atmosphere.. we are lucky in the western suburbs !
