Hearty Ramen
If you've been to Japan and dined on the plethora of fantastic Ramen there, you will appreciate Ajisen. Always a good sign when the cooks are Japanese in a Japanese restaurant and patrons are plentiful. Soup is made in a Kumamoto Style (Heavier than Tokyo style) called Tonkotsu and is delicious. Meal sizes are more than adequate and food presentation is on par with Japanese standards. Parking is terrible but if your in the city it is well worth a visit. On average you'll be shelling out $15 for a bowl. Nice :)
