A delight for all the senses, this pared-back and casual eatery pleases with its plethora of noodle options. From vermicelli to handmade and everything in between, this restaurant is a true shrine to this popular food, made famous the world round by Italy's Marco Polo. However, you won't find any of those culinary nods here - there's absolutely no carbonara, putanesca or alfredo on the menu - it's all about the hearty and refreshing broths, such as pho, and the handmade noodles served with spicy and piquant accoutrements such as stir-fried pork and beef.
