The aptly named little sibling restaurant to Windsor's Borsch, Vodka and Tears, this warm and cosy eatery is in the same building as Elsternwick's Classic Cinema. It boasts many of the same menu offerings that has made its predecessor so well-loved, with borsch (beetroot soup) a heartier, richer and downright yummier dish than you're probably imagining, and meatier options including the bigos stew, which is full of sausage, pork shoulder, pickled cabbage, prunes and dried mushrooms. Pierogi dumplings are a must-try, as are one or two of the myriad vodka options available - this is, after all, a vodka bar, so get into the spirit. Popular as a pre or post-movie spot, the eatery is luckily spacious enough to accommodate larger numbers, while keeping an intimate vibe.
