Bursting with character and atmosphere and boasting some of the warmest, friendliest service in town, this Ethiopian restaurant is not the sort of place you come to for silver service and a formal dining experience. In fact, there's no cutlery at all - as is the east African custom, everyone eats with their hands.
Basic the interior may be, but the fairylit verandah, grass hut and brightly coloured walls and artefacts - not to mention the African music playing - give the place a vibrant feel. Roll up your sleeves and don't be afraid to get your hands dirty; you'll be rewarded with the joy of getting back to basics and fragrant, tasty delicacies.
