A major part of the inner-south Canberra community for the last 40 years, this club has been revamped and now has a swanky inner-city bar atmosphere, still with good old club prices. The bistro offers a variety of meals with gourmet burgers, pasta, curries, fish and schnitzel. That's not to mention of course, what all rugby boys love, large juicy steak. The club screens all the big sporting events of the years, so you can enjoy restaurant quality meals as you watch the cricket. Or whatever sporting event it is that takes your fancy. Great place
Working within Barton I have been to the RUC more times than I wish to count. The food is fantastic, especially pizzas which you can get really cheap on a Wednesday night. The drinks are a bit more expensive than your normal club but they have a good range. The only downside is the parking and that on a Friday it is soooooo busy you sometimes struggle to get a table. Great in summer!

Eaily Canberras Best Club
The club has a very trendy modern feel, I like that they have gone to an effort to hide the poker machines from the rest of the club as well. Staff are a joy food is better than you would expect at a club, atmosphere is good not to noisy as in other places. I just wish they would bring back trivia.
