About Life has long been supplying fussy Rozelle locals with fresh organic produce, and now they have expanded the business to include a 60 seat cafe with a full menu of guilt-free goodies. The menu is strewn with words like 'bio-dynamic', 'detox', and 'high-protein' (or was it low-protein?), but far from reading like a science experiment, their breakfasts and lunches are seriously tempting. They still have naughty sounding meals like their big breakfast (complete with bacon and sausages!), and pizzas, but they are comparatively healthy versions with organic and preservative-free ingredients. With breakfast served all day on the weekends, About Life really know their customers, and the detox meals will go down a treat after a not-so-virtuous night before.
