Boasting a grand beer garden, with equally grand banquets to enjoy in the setting, Aangan Indian Restaurant is one of Footscray West's most renowned cheap eats. Out to prove that Indian restaurants do more than just great curries, Aangan shows off a diverse and surprising range of foods from across its subcontinental cultural heritage.
For example, there are five Indo-Chinese dumpling entrees, and countless tandoori, Dhaba, Mughal, Balti, Delhi, Punjabi, Royal Thali, Chaat and Desi mains. Of course, you'll also find classics like chicken vindaloo, lamb korma and Goan fish curry, as well as popular desserts like gulab jamun (sweet Indian doughnuts).
