Reconditioning three storeys of heritage-listed building in the heart of The Rocks is no small undertaking, and executive chef Michael Rantissi's menu sets its sights on similar grandeur. His signature Middle Eastern fare underpinned with French cooking sensibilities shines through on a menu that meanders through bar bites, share plates, mains and canapes designed specifically for Sydney's elite. It appears Rantissi's time at places such as Vue de Monde and Pier was spent well, as his latest offering is a polished fine diner in every sense of the word.
