This homelike, family-run restaurant is set in a two-storey house on five acres of bushland overlooking the Bannerman Valley. The short a la carte menu, which changes every two weeks, is only really on offer for the sake of those few unwilling to take the plunge into the three-course Italian Table set menu, made from whatever ingredients are at their best that day. Order a la carte if you must, but you'd be missing out on a beautifully prepared, fresh, fun meal served in generous sizes for the whole table to share. Topped off by service that makes you feel like part of the family, coming here is a bit like coming to a friend's place for dinner - warm, relaxed and full of (yummy) surprises.
