Offering classic, traditional pizza that's true to its Naples origins, the folks here are not much into fusion cooking. Purists all the way, they do things properly - the Napoli way - with classic combinations like margherita, pancetta (with artichoke, garlic, capers, roast red onion, mozzarella, goat's cheese and rocket), and potato. This last one, a divine combination of rosemary-roasted potato, pancetta, garlic, mozzarella, tallegio and fresh herbs, is a perfectly executed example of pizze bianche: pizzas with a base of olive oil and salt flakes rather than tomato sauce. There are non-pizza options available, with some great antipasti and a lamb shank ragu with penne that regulars swear by too. Everything on the all-Italian wine list goes beautifully with the pizzas, so loosen your belt, channel Naples, and relax.
