The first floor is now a rather snazzy restaurant-cum-grill, boasting many original Federation features with a few tasteful modern touches. Chef Michael Kratz's aims to showcase WA produce, from Tenderidge beef and Timberhill pork, to Mount Barker chicken and Amelia Park lamb, all presented with contemporary flare.
